Are your windows energy efficent?

 

With rising fuel prices and the cost of heating your home increasing year on year, it is more important than ever that your home is as energy efficient as possible.

 

From April 2010 new regulations governing the energy efficiency of new and replacement windows come in to force. Windows that are rated from A to C on the BRFC (British Fenestration Rating Council) energy effiency scale will meet these new requirements, with the C rating being the minimum requirement.

In order to receive any future benefits, such as possible Council Tax reductions, you will need to be able to prove that your windows meet the new energy efficiency requirements.

 

All of our new and replacement windows are graded between A and C, meeting and exceding these new requirements. Our windows also come with a certificate showing their exact energy efficiency rating which you will need as proof in order to claim for any possible benefits.
